The Role As a senior financial accountant, you will be responsible for managing and leading month end activities, working with senior operational stakeholders within the business. Reporting into the financial controller you will be: Preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards. Manage month end processes - with an eye for creating efficiencies and automations Work with senior stakeholders in operations to create new reports, and relevant key commercial insights into actuals vs budget BAS, Tax, FBT, Inventory accounting, month end reporting, reconciliations Supporting year-end audits, external stakeholder engagement, and system/process improvements. Your Profile You are a motivated and detail-oriented accountant, eager to broaden your experience in an ASX listed environment. You will bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred. 3-5 years' experience in accounting, audit, with FMCG or inventory experience highly desired Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
